This policy applies to information we collect when You access or use the website or otherwise participate in the 0xBitcoin token mining pool (collectively, “ Services") or otherwise interact with us as described below. By using the Services or interacting with us as described below, You confirm that You are aware of and agree to this Privacy Policy.

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify You by revising the date at the top of this policy, and in some circumstances, we may provide You with additional notice, including, for example, by adding a statement to the homepage of the Services or by sending You an email notification. We strongly encourage You to review the Privacy Policy whenever You access or use Services to stay informed about our information practices and Your privacy rights and choices.


We collect information You provide directly to us and we may also obtain information about You when You utilize the Services. For example, we collect information about You when You create an online account, perform mining functions, complete a mining transaction, fill out a form, participate in the Pool, post messages to our forums or wikis or otherwise communicate with us.

The types of information we may collect are as follows:

•        Contact information, namely Your email address;

•        Your bitcoin address;

•        Account information such as username, two-factor authentication keys and account preferences;

•        All information associated with hashing power and token mining activity;  

A Bitcoin address does not in itself allow us to identify an individual person and would as such in certain jurisdictions not be considered personal information. In such jurisdictions, if we do combine this non-personal information with personal information, the combined information will be treated as personal information for as long as it remains combined.

When You access or use the Services, we automatically collect information as follows:

•        Transaction information: we collect information about the transactions You complete via the Services, including the details on what you have received through Multisend.  

•        Device and Log information: we collect information about the computer or mobile device You use to access the Services, including device identifiers, mobile network information, type of operating system, type of hardware used and the type of browser used. We also log information about Your use of the Services, including access times, pages viewed, IP address, other standard web log data, and the page visited before and after navigating to our websites.

•        Cookies and similar tracking technologies: we may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about You when You interact with the Services, including information about Your browsing behavior on our Services. 3.1.1. Service

We share some of Your data with third party service providers for analytic purposes in order to provide the best user experience. We are sharing data gathered from cookies, device identifiers and usage data with:

•        Facebook SDK to track and examine the use of Pool and the Site to prepare reports and analysis;

•        Fospha for connecting data from Site with actions performed in the Pool;

•        Google Analytics to track and examine the use of Website in order to prepare reports and analysis.

3.1.2.  Communications

We may share Your email addresses with third party service providers to send You marketing communications, communicate with You about our services and let You know about our policies and terms. We also use Your information to respond to You when You contact us.

3.1.3. Advertising and Analytics (Non-Personally Identifiable Information Only)

We use third-party analytics and advertising providers to help us analyze and improve our services. We are sharing data gathered from cookies and usage data and do not share information that personally identifies You. We may use analytic tool Facebook Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, to understand Your actions on Website and to optimize our advertising. We may also use Google AdWords to connect data gathered from the Google AdWords advertising network with actions performed on the Site.


We collect, use and share data as described above.

We will only collect and process personal data about You where we have a lawful basis for doing so. Lawful bases include consent (where You have given consent), contract (where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with You - learn more in our Terms of Service found here) and “legitimate interests”.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to our own legal and regulatory obligations. In accordance with our record keeping obligations, we will retain basic account information and information about completed transactions for at least 5 years after an account is closed.

•        Delete data: You can request deletion of Your personal data that we have about You. We will delete the data that we are not legally obliged to keep and since some of the data is necessary to provide Services to You, You will not be able to use our services after the deletion;

We retain Your personal data even after You have closed Your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse or enforce our Terms of Service. We will retain de-personalized and fully encrypted information after Your account has been deleted.

Corrections/Cancellations and Questions. Upon Your request, MIKE.RS will provide You with its record of the personal information You gave MIKE.RS at registration. For security reasons, this information will only be sent to the email address on file for the subscriber ID associated with it. With respect to corporate or company accounts, aggregated or individual user history may be shared with the account holder, upon request. If you are located anywhere outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect, including personal information, will be transferred to, processed and stored in the United States. The data protection laws in the United States may differ from those of the country in which you are located, and your personal information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in the United States according to the laws of the United States. By providing us with any information, you consent to the transfer, processing and storage of your information in the United States. You are also consenting to the application of United States federal and Wyoming state law in all matters concerning this Policy.

The laws of the State of Wyoming shall govern any dispute, including those disputes arising from’ use of personal information or otherwise relating to privacy, as specified in the Terms of Use. This Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties.
